Melanson Law PA – Florida Estate Planning and Administration Attorney

Ms. Melanson is the founder and sole shareholder of Melanson Law PA. She was born in Leominister, MA and grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada and relocated to Florida in 1991.

Noelle attended the University of Prince Edward Island and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she was awarded her bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a certificate in Woman’s Studies.

Ms. Melanson continued her Education at Florida State University, College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2003. While at Florida State, she also earned a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Environmental Law.

Ms. Sandfort joined the firm in November 2015 and handles the administration of the firm’s cases.

Miss Sandfort was born and raised in the Midwest. She attended Concordia University-Nebraska, earning her Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education in Educational Administration degrees.

Mary taught at a local private school for twenty-five years before joining Melanson Law in November 2015 as the receptionist and now works as a legal assistant to Attorney Melanson.

Miss Sandfort is active in her church community. She enjoys traveling, reading, photography, and going to the beach.

Penelope joined our office in June 2026 and is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She is currently a full-time student pursuing a degree in education to become a teacher.

Outside of work, Penelope enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it’s relaxing by the pool, watching movies, or playing board games. She is also an animal lover and shares her home with three family cats, Jinxie, Kiki, and Emmy, and a family dog named Maverick.

Ms. Bildzukewicz loves traveling and exploring new places. Some of the destinations she has visited include Hawaii, Utah, Minnesota, Tennessee, Iowa, and Texas, where she enjoys spending time with her mom and youngest brother. She also enjoys attending concerts with her mom and seeing her favorite artists perform live. Her love of connecting with people and creating positive experiences makes her a wonderful first point of contact for our clients.

Realyn joined the firm in October 2025 as the Assistant to Attorney Noelle. In her role, she helps manage and coordinate various administrative tasks while also overseeing the firm’s social media presence and online engagement.

When she is not working, Realyn enjoys graphic design, learning new skills, cooking, watching movies, and exploring new places, especially nature destinations and beaches. She is passionate about running and participates in fun runs. She loves anything yellow, and her favorite flowers are tulips and sunflowers. Realyn is also a cat lover who enjoys spending time with her feline companions.

Her creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for helping others allow her to bring both professionalism and a personal touch to her work at Melanson Law PA.
